What we collect
When you send an enquiry
Your name, your phone number or email address, your message, and the page you sent it from. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type to spot spam. The hash cannot be turned back into your address.
When you apply for a job
Your name, email, phone number (optional), message (optional) and the CV you upload (PDF or DOCX). CVs are stored privately and are visible only to our signed-in staff.
In your browser
We save your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it.
- To assess your job application and contact you about it.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
Our staff, and the email and hosting services we use to receive messages and run the site. They may only use it to provide those services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job applications are kept only as long as needed for the purpose above, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
